You will have heard it all before.

Does your weight affect your mental health?

Excessive weight can affect the part of the brain that regulates your mood. You may feel judged, lost believing in yourself, anxious or depressed or have low self-esteem.

Understanding your mental blocks and your relationship with food, we can easily and effortlessly  transform these beliefs with long lasting effects.


How do we do that? 

Over 3 months you will have 3 hypnosis sessions. 

Hypnosis is a very fast and safe way to find out why you keep your weight on and take away the overwhelm you may experience.


Each hypnosis session will look at a different issue regarding you holding on to weight, or gaining the weight back on after weight loss.


After each hypnosis session you will have 3 one-hour weekly sessions looking at how we can implement these new beliefs.
 

The Process...

Session One

In your 1st session we will find your mental blocks that hold you back reducing weight or yo-yoing back to your old weight after a diet.

 
You may have had to finish your plate as a child, regardless of you wanting to eat anymore, or being taught that we must be grateful for the food we have, as not every-one is this lucky. Deep seated beliefs that we can reframe and will get you great results.

Session Two

In your 2nd session we will explore your relationship with food.


Understanding how and when you eat. 
We all hold different memories to food and understanding that eating certain foods brings back emotions and beliefs. The things you eat that nurture you, make you feel better about ourselves, but doesn’t always help you. 

Session Three

In your 3rd session we will install the belief in reducing and keeping the weight off for the rest of your life. 


Knowing and believing that you are worthy of the body you want and your ideal weight, exactly how you see yourself.
