Created by Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) uses transformational techniques to provide you with the tools to overcome personal challenges and old limiting beliefs. Unlike any other professional healthcare provider, our clinical hypnotherapists will help you reach a heightened, relaxed state so you can focus on your own personal experience, understand the meaning of the beliefs you formed previously, and interpret them. This way, you can reframe the past and develop a completely different attitude and positive beliefs, which will help increase self-esteem and rebuild your own life.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT therapy is a hybrid hypnotherapy that follows the most beneficial principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and psychotherapy. Professional hypnotherapists use RTT and talk therapy to access the subconscious mind and allow the individual to uncover not just symptoms but also the root cause of their physical, emotional, or psychological pain or issues. By identifying the patterns of destructive thoughts and behaviour, our international coaches and RTT practitioners with prior therapy experience use a person-centred therapy method to ensure complete healing and build a fulfilling and rewarding career, transforming lives with positive reinforcement.

Also, don’t delay seeking medical advice or discontinue medical treatment if you experience behavioural issues and ailments. Many patients disregard medical advice due to the lack of positive results. Instead of taking your medical condition lightly, talk to complementary therapists or consult our RTT practitioners. Allow them to guide you through your issues with your medical matter and improve your overall well-being.

Benefits of RTT Therapy for Mind and Body
Unlike more traditional therapies, RTT goes deeper to identify the factors contributing to the formation of self-sabotaging thoughts in the subconscious mind that lead to such lasting changes. It quickly shifts your focus from self-harming thoughts and beliefs, frees your mind from unnecessary complexities, and helps in the most liberating understanding: realising one’s true self. What’s more, RTT with traditional hypnotherapy has been found effective in managing a host of medical issues and behavioural challenges, such as:

-
Depression and anxiety
-
Addictions
-
Insomnia
-
Low self-esteem
-
Sudden weight loss
-
Relationship issues
-
Brain fog
-
Infertility
-
Eating disorders
-
Pain control
-
Grief and loss
-

-
Cardiovascular disease
What to Expect in an RTT Session?
So, how many sessions do we offer for RTT? An RTT therapy typically lasts one to three sessions, each about 90 to 120 minutes long. The session usually begins with a short introduction about the issues and habits deep-rooted in your subconscious mind. As the session progresses, you will enter the state of hypnosis or attain a calm and relaxed state of mind, where no one can manipulate your thoughts or actions. Once you complete the sessions, you’ll receive a bespoke recording tailored to your needs. For the best results, you must listen to it for three weeks, as it will help to rewire your brain and bring positive changes to your life.
